Founded by Jorge E. Jule-Manzon, who holds a master’s degree in project management and is PMP-certified, Hab-Inspect draws on his 20 years of experience in asbestos-related work and occupational hygiene, including more than 15 years in project and team management.
From fieldwork to project leadership, this experience brings a practical understanding of technical challenges, regulatory requirements, site constraints, and client needs to every assignment. The objective is simple: to provide rigorous, clear support tailored to the realities of each project.
